Getting help
The desk is small, so help is direct: one address, a clear expectation, and a request to include the right three things so a reply can be useful.
Write us
Expect a reply within a couple of working days. This desk is not staffed as a public support channel — there is no ticket queue and no live chat — so please give the reply something to work with.
What to include
- The name — exactly as you ran it, including capitalisation if it mattered to how you heard it.
- The TLD — .com, .ai, or whichever extension you were checking against, since the ranked policy is buyer-matched.
- The appraisal output — the score, tier, and ideally the failing or “human judgement” checks, so we can see which half of the doctrine tripped.
What to check first
Most questions are already answered in the FAQ and the help center. Availability questions are not answerable by email — re-check at the registry, since any list we return is a snapshot that goes stale fast.
